AER Supply’s goal is to have a final quote presented to its customers within 48 hours of the unit arriving at AER’s facility.
3. When does the turn time metrics begin?
AER’s turn time figures begin once we have received a valid purchase order that is consistent with our final quotation.
4. How quickly can AER Supply turnaround a rebuild job?
AER’s average rebuild time is 5 to 7 days from receipt of purchase order.
5. What is a Standard Rebuild?
Our Standard Rebuild work scope covers replacing all the bearings, seals, gaskets and O-rings in the pump with new parts of OEM quality or better. We also dynamically balance the rotors and do basic machine work, such as rotor face and air gap grinding and re-surfacing of housing faces.
6. What is a Major Overhaul?
Our Major Overhaul work scope covers all the same parameters as a Standard Rebuild with the addition of major machine work, such as rotor profile repair and machining, seal strip repair, gear fit machining, shaft straightening, and bore and sleeve repair.
